PAYG to Simplicity Activation Problem

Decided to convert partners iPhone 4 from PAYG to Simplicity. Set it up, got the new SIM yesterday, activated over phone with O2, who said it might take up to 24 hours.

24 hours later still says no service. Any thoughts as to whether this could be linked to yesterday's issues?

Couldn't get through to customer services this morning. Any suggestions?

It can take up to 24 hours and o2 were having a few problems yesterday so it could of delayed the process. slight_smile
