How do get a PAC code for my phone?

If you are contract call 202 or use live chat

P&G you need to call 4445

It would benefit customers greatly if it was available through MyO2.
No excuses as giffgaff can do it.

Agree with that......we can unlock phones from MyO2 so no reason why pac couldn't be added..

Of course they do. They want to try and talk people out of leaving bit for those determined to leave anyway it's just a further annoyance.
