How do  get a PAC code for my phone?

If you are contract call 202 or use live chat

P&G you need to call 4445

Agree with that......we can unlock phones from MyO2 so no reason why pac couldn't be added..

Maybe O2 want it to be as inaccessible as they can make it?

Of course they do. They want to try and talk people out of leaving bit for those determined to leave anyway it's just a further annoyance.
