Ordering a smaller sim card for iphone upgrade

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

I've just upgraded from an iphone 4s to a iphone 5SE but when I went to swap the sim card it was a different size! I'm sur there is a simple way to get a new sim and then transfer the details across but I can't seem to find it on the website (no store nearby).

I'd ask the online chat for help but it doesn;t appear to be working today.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Call customers services and ask them to send you a new sim card then follow the process here http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

The new sim will be a triple sim so just carefully push out the tiny nano sim only

Make sure you get the correct one for your account as contract and PAYG are different.

If you can pop into your local O2 store they will do it for you free of charge. Much quicker in the long run.
