Order "In Progress"

So I ordered at 7:45 this morning a slate grey 64gb 5s and the order is still showing as "In Progress"

I guess a little patience is in order...

If youve ordered the space grey Im sure you will get dispatch notification soon.. Considering it still says 'In stock' on the website.

Can I ask, when ppl say confirmation email, is that the one that says "your order will be dispatched shortly"?

Just got the 'You'll be pleased to know that your order is on its way' email. Waiting for the delivery date/time txt from UK MAIL now.

I've gone for space grey 32gb, just waiting for an advancement from in progress.

I went for 64gb silver. Still in progress. CS said to sit tight. Interested as to how the dispatch order is determined!

Ordered at 9.30am just received a text 10 minutes ago from uk mail confirming Monday 13:00-17:00. Hoping my neighbour is in as we're at work all day! Still haven't got a My Orders tab on my online account though and I've looked everywhere.

I ordered a 64GB Slate Grey at around 11.00am. I paid extra for the Saturday before noon delivery option - just waiting for it to tick over from "In Progress" to something else now.

I also ordered the 32GB silver. Nothing moved...still "In Progress" from 7:43 order. Fingers crossed something changes soon!

I've been given a new phone number in my dispatch email?!

Also, though I have a tracking number, there's no estimated delivery date so I'm still none the wiser.

Been told by customer service my phone is awaiting collection from the delivery firm, I didnt have an option to select saturday delivery so im hoping it will arrive tomorrow ideally!

Just recieved a dispatch email (16:19) with a tracking number, no delivery date just 3-5 days.  Tracking number seems to match up with **bleep**y link... er i mean city link.  Bit annoyed I didnt have a Saturday delivery option but hey ho at least its on its way!

O2 my orders section has now been updated (16:57) delivery firm is UK Mail

Still showing as in progress but as above have received an email with tacking details and a non specific timeframe. Just awaiting the text now. Not sure if deliveries to NI may take a little longer!?
