I have just received a new iPhone 6. My previous phone was an iPhone 5. I would like to give that to my grand-daughter. Can anyone advise on what I need to do please.

Hi

Go into

Settings , general , reset , erase all contents and settings. She can then use it herself if she's on O2

If not have it unlocked which is free to contract customers or £15 to payg

She'll need a nano sim to fit into the iPhone.

You will also need to delete the device from your Apple id otherwise you will have problems re messages and imessages being shared.
