Solved: Office 365 IPad offer

I recently purchased the apple IPad 12.9 pro (April 20th )

this came with a free 12 month subscription to office365. I have not received this offer in spite of numerous phone calls to 02 and some company called Condor who I was told were handling the distribution on behalf of 02. As said I have made numerous calls and all to no avail. Each time I am told they will look into the problem and get back to me which of course they never do I am wondering if anybody is having the same problem? And where do I go from here?
