O2 says that I cannot unlock my iPhone 4S

I m a pay monthly costumer,I filled the unlock form and the reply i got was

I'm sorry, we have not been able to unlatch your iPhone at this time.
The reason given is:

Sorry, you have not passed our security checks with the information that
you provided. Kindly check that you have provided the correct
information.
What should I do I need to unlock the phone because I m living the country!

As long as you have used the sim in the phone there should be no problems.Security usually consists of a number you call frequently or letters from the password you have with O2 customer service, not the one used to sign into your o2 account.

 

Might be worth calling them on 202.

It's 2 letters from your security password - catches out many people also, make sure you specify your tariff exactly as it appears in your "My O2".

Usually your mothers maiden name or a memorable word you registered with them. You should be able to check in My O2 under your personal details.
