Why is the O2 app so crap can't order some airpods cos says try to reload but sod all happens

Just had the same problem myself through the app

Had to use the web version!

Log out of the forum and then connect to the O2 shop in an Incognito tab from your browser - that should let you add the pods to your basket, then check-out and pay by credit or debit card or PayPal, @nidgey1971
