Hi

It does take up to 24 hours sometimes for a sim swap (if you've done one) to settle.

Try turning the phone off and back on to reset the connevtion to the network.

Not enough info to help....

Please explain your issue better.

If this is a replacement SIM, you may need to carry out the SwapMySIM process which you can find here:

http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

If this is a new Pay Monthly SIM, it can take up to 24 hours to activate. turning your phone off and on can help the process.

If this is a new PAYG SIM you need to topup to activate it.

If it's a lost or stolen sim it may need a block lifting off the account but we can sit and guess all night unless we get more meaningful info.......?

PS. PAYG sims need topping up make outgoing calls and texts, but they are already activated if a new sim.

Maybe the OP will come back with more info unless he's sorted the problem.
