Number transfer hasn't fully worked!

I recently started a Pay Monthly with o2. As I wanted to keep my old number I got a PAC code from giffgaff (who was my PAYG provider) and I received a text and conformation of the numbers switching over, o2 told me to keep my phones off on the day that it would be changing over until 6pm which I did. It kind of worked as people can phone the old giffgaff number and it will call the new phone (with the o2 sim in) but whenever I send a message to anyone it'll come up with the original o2 number! 

 

I did the transfer of the numbers a week ago and it still hasn't fully transferred over,  on my o2 it says the giffgaff number but on my iPhone settings it says the two addresses for messaging is the new number and my email!

 

Also just to add I can't phone o2 as they're wanting to keep the lines free for people who actually need it during this pandemic, which I completely understand so if anyone can help me I'd be very appreciative!!
