Not receiving missed call

Hi,

 

could anyone help with issue I have where I do not receive missed call notifications if I am on the phone. If I am on a call and receive another call it automatically declines the call instead of giving me the option to put the call on hold or end and answer the incoming call. I do not receive any notifications or anything in the recents app. Only an automatic text from o2 stating they called. I would like to keep the text but they are easily missed. So is there anyway to allow incoming calls or for them to at least show in the missed call app. They only show missed calls in the other phone app if I am not on a call. However if I am on a call and another one comes through it can be easily missed. 

The phone I am using is an iPhone 11 and I had no issues with my old provider so I am thinking this is an O2 setting. Btw no phone settings have changed since and all notifications are on

Double check that call waiting is still turned on in phone settings and if so, you'll need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG), however, I'm not sure call waiting is available on O2 PAYG.
