I am currently traveling in India and am not receiving OTP messages. I arrived on the 27th and the problem was apparent right away. Called O2 support who said something to the effect that this is a partner network issue and they don't support this messaging system.
Then on the 1st August, I got a whole stream of OTP messages that had initially not been delivered. I was then able to use at will.
However as of the 7th, they have stopped being received and now now able to access applications that require the code for access.
Anyone know what might be wrong?

The final delivery of these messages is down to the local network, and not o2.
It might be worth selecting a different network, or rebooting your phone.

I know it may sound daft but I had this issue once. I turned my phone off, removed the sim, reinstalled the sim and turned the phone on. Perfect.
