Not getting (DC-)HSDPA iPhone 5

Just bought my iPhone from o2 and on the settings it only says enable 3G and is only giving me standard 3G, shouldnt the HSDPA network be available?

Apple only use the 3g symbol no h etc.
You could download the speedtest.net app and that will show what speeds you are getting
