Not getting (DC-)HSDPA iPhone 5

Just bought my iPhone from o2 and on the settings it only says enable 3G and is only giving me standard 3G, shouldnt the HSDPA network be available?

HSDPA runs on the 3g network. You will get the enhanced speed if available in the area you are in.

Ah, so the icon will still be 3g but speeds will be faster. I barely get 3g in my house so I guess I will get HSDPA outside. Will there be a different icon or remain 3g?

Apple only use the 3g symbol no h etc.

You could download the speedtest.net app and that will show what speeds you are getting

Yeh im still getting regular 3g in my house as its only 2/3mb. Ill try it again in the city centre. Thanks for the help guys1

But it depends if you are in an area that has had it rolled out.

I dm'd the @o2 team on twitter about coverage and they said they don't have a map yet but let me provide 2 post codes to check the specific areas. Awaiting the response.
