I just bought an iphone on pay monthly and i dont get any signal where i live, just confused cos ive always had great signal here with 3g and messages and calls on my htc but now this iphone doesnt have ANY signal here ever. just wandering if its something i couldve done wrong setting up my phone or was my mistake just getting an iphone in the first place 😕

You may have the wrong APN settings. Text the word 'active' to 2020 and try the settings that you receive back.

is it working ok in other locations have you checked for local issues http://status.o2.co.uk ?

I'm on my second iPhone 7 because of signal issues, mainly at home. Where my iPhone 6,5 and phone all worked albeit on 2g! I've done a sim swap and no joy. Worryingly o2 will not accept users have reported this problem. I have no choice other than downgrading back to the 6!
