You may have the wrong APN settings. Text the word 'active' to 2020 and try the settings that you receive back.

I assume you have called O2 to activate your SIM ?

I'm on my second iPhone 7 because of signal issues, mainly at home. Where my iPhone 6,5 and phone all worked albeit on 2g! I've done a sim swap and no joy. Worryingly o2 will not accept users have reported this problem. I have no choice other than downgrading back to the 6!

We think it might be an iOS10 issue as there are many reports across all networks.
