No signal in my flat

I’m going Crazy..........
My phone is practically useless, I’ve had no signal on my iPhone 7 Plus since I moved into my flat.
On a good day I have 1 bar 3G
I keep turning on airplane mode to reset the signal, for all of 2 minutes the signal is average and then returns to “web page not responding”
Other than moving what can I do? Should I accept that I will never be able to use the internet or even use my phone for that matter!
Can anyone please help before I sell up and move into a tent

Hi @Delish73

Have you checked your network status? https://status.o2.co.uk/

Yes I’ve checked my network coverage and it says “good” BUT....... since December last year I can barely use the internet.
O2 have taken 50 % off my bill for the three months only.
I’ve told them I have £350 outstanding on my handset and to be honest I may as well put it back in the box
My partner uses GIFGAF which is the same “no signal” doesn’t gifgaf use O2 network!
So two phones that don’t work!
I’ve deleted all my history, reset network settings! You name it I’ve done it other than throw the phone off a very high cliff

What options do I have with o2
I spend a lot of money each month for a service I’m not receiving

@Delish73

O2 don't guarantee 100% coverage so you may have to change networks.

Also if it worked before you moved into your flat then that obviously has had some impact.
