Hi.I wake up this morning and I don’t have signal at all I’m not sure what’s happening.I tried to turn it on and off and it still doesn’t work.My number is could you please check what is the issue.

Check these guides Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? and Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?
Try your sim in another phone, if it doesn't work, you need a new sim.
Quickest way is to go to a shop with ID and get a new sim.

I would start by getting a new sim card from o2, you have 2 options
1. Go to your local o2 shop and they can do a sim swap there and then, you will need photo ID
2. Contact o2 and request a new sim card If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call 0344 809 0202 from another phone.
