Hi @Anonymous

Have you done a sim swap? http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Or text swap to 20220 from the sim

Another alternative is to call into your local O2 store who will do it for you

Or if it was an upgrade from an older model of iPhone, and you were sent a new sim with the phone, and your old sim is the same size, just put the old sim in the new phone.

Upgrades are sent with a blank sim to do a sim swap to if required. The new sim won't work unless you activate it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Agreed! Although a lack or response is usually a good sign in.
