Do you have airplane mode set to on ?

Little airplane will show in the top status bar.

Settings ~ Airplane mode.
If it's an upgrade and you needed a new sized SIM card have you performed the sim swap ?

Edit to insert the correct Service Status Link.

if it was a sim swap you may have to keep turning your phone off and back on a few times for the new SIM to register on the network.

sometimes with a sim swap it can take upto 24hours to activate just depends on how busy the service is and network is. granted its all so much quicker then that, i hope it comes to life soon and you can use your shiney new device, sometimes just a simple take the sim out and for a coupl,e of mins and putting it back in can boot it into life, but all you can do my friend is sit tight and wait... slight_smile hope this helps a little and sheds some more light

To add to jay's piece it's known that either turning the phone off and on ,or toggling the Airplane mode on and off, helps the re connection to the Network.

Let us know how you get on. slight_smile

Sim swaps can take up to 24 hours although mine took about 20 minutes. The luck of the draw i guess.
Indubitably true. Samsung S21 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 Ultra
