If you have done the sim swap you need to keep switching the phone off and back on periodically until you get network connection. It can take up to 24 hours.

If you still have no network in the morning contact customer service either by chat or the contact numbers at the foot of the page.

Iphones is not my forte but I was under the impression a sim swap was needed.

Was it done in a O2 shop/o2 online?

Takes between a couple of hours to sometimes a little longer than the 24 hours stated by 02.
