Help my phones saying no service I can’t connect to internet or make calls or texts, I’ve took my sim out cleaned it and hasn’t worked I’ve re set my network settings and I’ve restarted my phone I’m stressed to the max sick of o2 and crap i phones won’t b getting another after this one to much hassle! Please help

Hi, it’s extremely strange because I did everything u advised there was no problem with the network coverage BUT yesterday my phone decided to correct it’s self! Very strange but made me very happy!! 😀 thank you to everyone that gave me advice, much appreciated!

Is anyone else near you having the same problem?
If not, I’d pop into my local o2 shop and ask them to do a sim swap for you.
