I have no service showing on my Iphone. I have recently applied for a New IPhone7 2 weeks ago which went to the wrong place. Have you done something with my SIM? i have another o2 phone for work which works. i have paid my bill so why am i cut off?

Most likely service has transferred to the new sim.
Give CS a call to rectify

It certainly sounds to be the most likely reason. Give them a call but is the new phone expected any time soon? Strange they sent it to the wrong address though nothing surprises me these days tbh.
