Seems like I am not the only one!! Setting up my sons phone, after having one stolen. Called customer servcies last night to avtivate the new sim to be told "could take up to 24 hours". 24 hours later still no service. Called customer services again to be told the customer service agent I spoke to last night had not activated the new sim. Well done customer services!!. Come on here to make a complaint to see that ou can't do it on line you have to write, in this day and age really!!

Hopefully the 2nd Customer services agent you spoke to has now activated the sim. Keep rebooting your phone till you get service...
