Indoor coverage is always variable, with any network, and everyone who has any history of mobile ownership knows this. O2 are providing you with an alternative that is Tugo (not offered by any other network). You are not interested in listening to suggestions but I can guarantee that you will not get out of your contract now you have passed the 7 days, no matter how much you complain. I'm sorry to lay it down bluntly but these are the facts. Tugo is your only chance of a signal, however, if your actually turn off 3G on the handset you will also improve your chances of a signal.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Try cleanig the sim card or reset network settings.

Check your postcode here:O2 Service Status

Are others in the area having problems. If all fails then book yourself an appointment at the nearest Apple store to get the phone checked out.

Is this a new problem? Have you tried turning 3g off ? Do you get a signal elsewhere?

Then why did you take out a contract with O2 if you knew there was no signal..... ?

Unfortunately you cannot cancel now you have gone past 7 days. You should have checked for a signal with a pay as you go sim before taking a contract out or cancelled within 7 days. The signal inside buildings is always variable as parts of the buildings construction can have a big effect on signal. Do you have wifi at home? If so you can use an app called TuGo which will allow you to make calls and texts on your wifi signal, so no need for a normal phone signal at all........

the only way you can cancel is to pay off the remainder of your contract, your monthly amount  how many months left on your contract, you could sell your phone to help with the cost
