No information on my new I phone 7

Hi I took out a contract for iPhone 7 on 14th sept o2 took the upfront amount from my bank received email and agreement but have had nothing since and still no info on delivery of phone thanks in advance for any help

on a serious note, none of us know anything mate, there's people who ordered at 8.05am on day release who are still waiting. O2 don't have a clue when we will get them sadly😕

they just keep telling lies after lies my order said 2weeks from order days which makes 23/9/16 2 weeks still nothing no text no email had one live chat person said it was ready to be ship just wait for ukmail this was on the 19-9-16

I'm sure you could cancel and just go get one from a store. If that's an option for you, is seriously consider it.
