I keep getting calls at 3 in the morning from a no caller ID, driving me crazy because it keeps waking me up and I need my sleep for work. I can’t just put my phone on silent because its also my alarm. It won’t let me block them and I can’t get in touch with o2, can anyone help please?

@Amy10 You can set your phone on silent and use your alarm. See this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207512

@Amy10

Putting a phone on silent wont affect the alarm as it overrides the silent, or vibrate settings.

It certainly does on all my Samsung phones anyway.

Your only other option is a new number. You would have to call O2 to change it.
