No Wi-Fi

I have an iPhone 4s from o2. I got it in May 2012 on a 2-year contract.

The Wi-Fi button in Settings is greyed out today.

I have done a full reset and restore but it's still the same.

Have seen this a few times,

Apple will usually sort this out for you at no charge, there was an issue with this on the 3gs and it was purely down to a hardware fault with devices on the newer bootrom. I havent honestly seen it on a 4.

Good luck mate let us know if you get it sorted slight_smile

I reset to original settings and restored several times but still Wifi button greyed out.

I rang customer services yesterday who suggested I take the phone into my nearest o2 store. I was all set to do this today so did another back-up and restored again to original settings - the WiFi button was accessible again and I have logged into my home network!

I shall try it out today and see what happens and will post any results later.
