No Visual Voicemail since getting iPhone 6 Plus.

Previous to me getting my 6 Plus I had VVM.

I’ve tried dialling 1750 to turn on voicemail but all I hear is 3 beeps and no recorded announcement. The same happens when I dial 1760.

I’ve tried reseting network settings, but that made no difference.

I was wondering if anyone else is having issue with VVM since getting the iPhone 6, or could suggest something else to try to get VVM working.

Thanks in advance slight_smile

I am getting confused now with VM on iPhones....Are we saying that we have to advise different numbers for switching VM on and off then? I am talking about the 175002 and 176002....Smiley Frustrated

There has not been anything official from O2 regarding it but for some people 1750/1760 doesn't work and they have to use 175002/176002

Strangely I now have this problem on android. I have to use 175002 and 176002 to activate/deactivate voicemail. I only discovered this yesterday when trying to get rid of a new voicemail icon on the notification bar.Shocked

I have used ##002# to cancel all diverts and just tried again. 1750 just gives 1 bleep and disconnects. 175002 turned voicemail on.....

I got the 1 beep when dialing 1750 or 1760. I had to use the other numbers mentioned on here to get the voice anouchment that it was switched on/off.

I have Visual voicemail working since a few days ago. But I now have a weird voicemail/diverting to voicemail issue which I'll post a new question on shortly.

Guys I am having this problem with VVM since upgrading to an iPhone 6.

My problem is that my VVM only appears on my iPhone 24 hours after someone has left me a message.

I have reset all settings on my iPhone, turned voicemail on and off. Hard reset iPhone etc.

Any ideas?
