I’ve had No Service now for 5 days. Live Chat operators tried to tell me there were ‘mast’ issues, however other O2 users in the same locations had no issues. They also said they would ‘own’ my issue and get back to me - radio silence there.
The Customer Services number is either engaged or the queue stretched past the call opening times.
Can somebody please contact me.
