Had no service message since Friday night. Been at several different locations but still no service. Otherwise phone ok. Got emails and Internet. What's wrong ?

It might be worth removing and cleaning the sim card and rebooting the phone. Fixes a lot of problems though if the phone or account is barred you need to contact customer service.

Have you tried the basics a reset and sim removal and sim clean

Was it an eBay or other 3rd party 2nd hand phone as they can sell a phone then claim on insurance that it was stolen after the sale
