I made the ill fated switch from HTC to the iPhone5 on Friday, it took the best part of 36 hours for my sim swap to complete. My service was active for about 4 hours yesterday, then I made a phone call to O2 to ask about the lack of data service on my handset, they were closed, so i hung up. As soon as I hung up the phone went to No Service again. It came on again last night, but again with no data. Tried to call 202 from my handset this morning and again i'm back to No Service.
I've tried the usual reboots, resets and changing the APN setting for my data issue, no luck at all. Been on the phone to O2 for the last 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone, all in all not a great customer journey and not what I need on a busy Monday morning when I have work to do.

I've got this same problem now! Driving me mad. If you see this, what did you do and how long did it take to get yours sorted?
