After being promised that I would have service in 24 hours, I was promised on online chat that it was fixed and would work in 20 minutes - now 36 hours since have had the new sim and still no service. No online chat available. Now have to make expensive phone call from another mobile.

If your a pay monthly customer the call from any 02 mobile using 202 is free.
Or just £0.25p per call using 4445 if your a payg customer.
Live Chat is currently ok for low level enquiries.
