My iPhone has started not recognising my SIM card? Phone hasn't been turned off and I've updated it to see if this fixes it. I've turned it off and on several times!

Most likely the sim failing.
Pop into your local O2 shop for a free replacement.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
