No Internet connection 4s

Anonymous
Not applicable

Iv suddenly lost net connection.

I have 3G showing and the APN is idata.o2.co.uk

using a iphone 4s on a pay monthly contract.

Seems to have started 2 days ago when I changed my tariff, but this could be a coincidence.

Any one have any ideas? O2 say my contract is fine and running.

😞

Have you rebooted the phone? Reset network settings? Switched to airplane mode and back again? Any of those should get you running again.

I don't suppose you have another O2 mobile around to rule out network issues?

Thanks for that.

Interesting link. It says "Sorry, we do not have coverage here" (for 3G)

but no reason who or when it will be fixed. It shown no scheduled work.
