I recently ordered an apple watch for click and collect to my most local O2 store (which is still a 20 minute drive from my home). Got the order confirmation which said “your order will be ready to collect 10/08”. I drove to the store especially to pick it up yesterday and they said they don’t have my details on the system and that I need to wait for email confirmation, but they have the goods in stock so it’s not like they’re waiting around for the watch to be delivered to the store. So I waited around for a few hours, still nothing, I, at the very least, expected this mystery email to arrive overnight and have woken up to nothing. I’ve been with O2 6/7 years now and I’ve never felt so ripped off.
