No Caller ID

Hi, I was wondering is it possible to stop or identify an unknown caller? It’s becoming very irritating and to the point I feel unsafe using my phone.

The only chance you’ve got yourself is an app called true caller which will try to identify all calls but if it’s harassment you need to report it to o2 and the police.
They can then trace the call.

There are apps that will block withheld or unknown numbers. Android have it built in but I'm not sure about Apple. Check in the call settings or look in the store for an app.

Hi @Anonymous If you feel this is affecting you badly (and I would feel exactly the same)... then request a number change from O2. You are allowed one free of charge. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
