Hi, I upgraded to the iPhone 11 and it arrived yesterday. The set up went find from my iPhone 8 but the Face ID is not working on the 11. It’s not reading that there is a face there to set it up, I’ve tried restarting twice, made sure nothing is obstructing the camera or my face and tried different angles but no luck. The Apple FAQ say that it’s a fault and I need to get it to a store but given the lockdown I’m wondering what you suggest?

@SJW ideally you should return and replace to O2, however if this fails you can always go via Apple who will send you a replacement
