I have just received notification that my tariff change is complete does that mean my new phone will be dispatched shortly?

Have you had a text or email to say its dispatched.? Has your order status changed in My O2?

Just checked online order status changed to complete and says parcel dispatched with a dpd tracking number, being delivered to store so all being well should be there tomorrow 😁

Apparently the delivery companies don't deliver at weekends....

@Anonymous DPD certainly does. I have had items delivered to my home on a Saturday. (their website states Sat Sun delivery) Having said that I have no idea if they would deliver to O2 stores. It is still worth a call to the shop?..
