I have a new sim (same number). Now activated and all seems good except that all calls I receive are 'caller unknown' even when numbers are in my contacts. What do I need to change? Thanks

Try Settings, then Phone (or maybe Settings App, THEN phone, depending on your iOS version), THEN Show My Caller ID, and make sure its toggled on. IF it is toggle it off then back on

Are you logged into any other Apple device?

Check settings/mobile/my number too.

@Dave12345

Sim swap not fully completed probably.

Give it 24 hours and keep rebooting.
