I have bought a new iPhone (11) independently of O2 and need a compatible SIM card that I can swap my existing number to. Can someone help? Everything I have tried takes me to the upgrade section but I don’t need to upgrade as happy with existing contract.

You can just use your current sim card.

Most sims will convert to nano by pushing the tiny middle bit out.

Alternatively, pop into your local O2 store with some photo ID or contact O2 on social media.

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
