I have just got a new iPhone 12. I love it, but I wish I had gone for a different colour. Does anyone know if I can do a swap? Same phone and contract- just different colour
Thanks

Yes, details here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/our-change-of-mind-policy

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Emma45

I'm afraid the only way to do this is to return it under the 14 day (currently 28days) change of mind policy and start again.

You will have to contact customer services to arrange this :

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 (they open at 8am) when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an agent
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Emma45 As you have such an expensive phone I'm sure you want to protect it. Why not just buy a protective case in the colour that you like and save yourself the hassle of having to go through a return and having to buy the phone again? Sending the one you already have back also runs the risk of the phone not being in stock, or O2 not having the colour you want. Just a suggestion.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
