I’ve just gotten a new phone and the sim doesn’t seem to connect as no number shows up and neither does any signal

Hi @Leah9 - as nobody here can access your account, reach out to O2 and ask if your phone was shipped to you with a Bar in place (so if the phone was stolen en-route, it would be unusable to the thief) - they will remove that once you confirm you have the phone in your possession.

The Sales Team, on 0800 081 0255 or via Social Media, links below, should get you sorted. Enjoy your new phone!

@Leah9

If this is an upgrade, you can just use your old sim card, or do a sim swap from your old sim to activate the new one Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
