New phone not receiving or making calls

Hi 

I got a new phone yesterday, about 2pm. The apps are working and have received texts but I can't make or receive calls. Is this just a delay? Will this happen within 24 hours or is something wrong?

With your new phone, did you use your old sim (where everything should work as normal) or new sim and do a sim swap?   If it's the latter, try rebooting the phone (turning it on and off) to see if that improves anything.

If not you need to call O2, borrow a phone, use a landline or SKYPE to call O2. All numbers and info on Skype are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
