Hi there, I started a contract for a new iPhone 11 2 weeks ago Thursday and haven’t received an email back saying that it’s on its way. I was just wondering to see if anyone knew what the deal is as I’ve waited nearly 2 weeks and still haven’t received an email or phone call about the current status for my new phone.

Have you opened and read all of the agreement emails @Tyler19-1 ?
Check to see if there are any unread ones.
Also have you seen a new tariff appear or an option to create a My o2 account?
We can't do a great deal here as we are all customers, so it might be worth getting in touch with o2 as it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account.
