Hi, I'm just setting up the 'new' iphone 7 I've just received, however I've had a couple of requests to input itunes passwords for two different email addresses which are not mine.
Is there any way to get rid of these? Or should I get onto O2 and ask them why they've sent me a used iphone when it's supposed to be new?
Their online chat seems to be down at the moment and I don't have time for a lengthy phone call at the moment.

I would be phoning and asking for a replacement...

I had this issue with my brand new iPhone 7 plus (of course, purchased from CarPhoneWarehouse) otherwise I would still be waiting!!!!
I found out this was coming from one of my installed apps, which I removed immediately and solved the problem...

no, it was an unknown account address, so googled it and the answer was that it was probably from an app, so checked the ones that hadn't copied over and removed them, problem then solved

if unsure what app it is, don't restore from backup, install in iTunes as a new phone
