Hi. 

 

 I have had my new upgrade today but no changer or head phone have come with it ? is its what happens now with new i phones?

Yes unfortunately O2 do not include these in the box, You have to buy them separately.

What a pain ! 

Ok Thank you its just got the phone and wire but i am not sure what that one does

You can charge the phone by plugging the cable into PC or tablet (if you have one)

or if you have an older iphone plug and cable, you can use that to charge.

so its got the phone end then its got a huawei end not a usb? i think that end might fit a wireless pad?

The phone end is standard lightening connector.

The plug end is USB-C which limits you to a specific plug which is not currently all that common.

Certainly not on most devices yet.
