There is normally a sim with new phones @Fithawk1 , assuming you got it from o2?

Give customer services a call on 202 (if you are pay monthly) or 4445 (for pay as you go), or you can message them on social media if that suits you better.

@Fithawk1

If you have upgraded with O2, just use your old sim for now.

No need for a new sim unless you don't have a 5g one and you are in a 5g area.

You can get a 5g sim at anytime if circumstances change.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Fithawk1 did you pop in your old SIM or get in touch with customer service to get a new one?
