New device frozen on I cloud set up page

I was setting up my new I phone 11 and got to the. I cloud login. I mistakenly had a mistake in my email now it’s frozen on that page I can’t turn off go back nothing.  How do I get this unlocked. I can’t find anyone to help

Quickly press volume up followed by volume down then keep holding the power button until the Apple logo appears on screen.
