Most people have worked unsocial hours at some time in life. I work nights and prior to that 2 weeks nights and 2 weeks days. The crossover when working till 8am on a Saturday morning and starting days at 6pm Sunday was a killer as was finishing days at 6pm on Saturday and starting nights at 6pm Sunday.

THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE CAN'T ACCESS ACCOUNTS

So back to the thread, what a nightmare, been on the phone to O2 4 times today with no luck as their server is down and cannot access accounts on computers! It's been over 24 hours and my number is still not working!!!!

Possibly related to your problem then.....?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
